Cannot get a signal on TV.
JA: What's the make and model of your tv, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: model #UW32SC1W
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: I cannot use the remote. We have cablevision. We were using the cablevision remote. We tried to go to source input does not work,
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: This problem just happened today. I was watching cable station. I went to change channel and all of a sudden TV started with No Input. I called cablevision and they told me to hit TV input. Did not work. They tried rebooting. Then Cablevision said you haave to call Westinghouse.
JA: Anything else you want the tv expert to know before I connect you?
