Customer: Purchased a Vizio 32" E series TV, model E32D1. We have Cable downstairs with cable box and this TV is used upstairs with just a coaxial cable.
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: I cannot get the TV menu.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Just plugged in for the first time and the Smartcast/ mobile app comes up. I don't want that. So I hit input and HDMI
comes up at the top of the screen. That's all.;
