Netflix went out on my Viera50, a second TV which has Netflix is working fine. I try the connection test and can get no further
JA: What's the make and model of your tv, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: Panasonic TC-P55ST50 maybe 5 years old
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: it went out sunday. I tried the connection test but it isn't responding to that I cant get any further
JA: Anything else you want the electronics expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I info I could gather says the TV is connected to Wi-Fi but the connection test does nothing

Can you please remove the power to the TV (so unplug it from the power socket).

Then on the actual TV, hold the power button for 60 seconds then release.

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the TV, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.
