streaming Netflix with 12mbps but with current constant, tv knocks progam off every 10 minutes. how do we fix that?
JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: model E470i-AO & E5001-AO. These numbers on manual. I couldn't locate the model # on the tv. It is 2-3 years old.
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?

JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: It was working perfect with dsl but it started kicking the program off after 10 minutes saying not enough power. So I disconnected dsl and installed U Verse 12 mbps and it didn't improve anything. I

Customer: I've spent hours on the telephone with at&t and Netflix techs. They both say it's a vizio problem.
