-If you disconnect the cable box audio/video cables from the back of the tv, does the tv still behave the same way?

Please try this:
-remove power cord from tv.
-remove audio/video cables from tv.
-wait 3 full minutes, then plug in ONLY the tv power cord.
-turn on the tv and observe if it will stay on or not.
If it still keeps rebooting then the tv needs diagnosis, parts, and service. Usually this symptom is a defective Main board. The whole back of the tv has to come off and the board replaced. I can help you with that or direct you to a local repair shop (provide your zip code).

so the tv is not rebooting now?
-unplug the cable box power cord.
-plug the audio/video cables back into the tv.
-plug the cable box power cord in.
-observe as the cable box comes on.
If it starts rebooting again, it is the cable company equipment and they need to resolve it.
