If you cannot provide the model number, what size screen, what type (flat lcd/plasma or projection dlp/crt or....)?
Thanks... Is there a Morris box that you control (channels/guide) with a Morris remote connected to this tv?
Please try this:
-leave the tv On
-reseat (unplug/plug back in) the audio/video cable(s) on the back of the Tv AND the back of the Morris box
