Hello..not sure. the color has faded to a pastel with shadows..
JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: Its an LG and its about 6 years old..HDTV
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: Menu works..its on cable..and no this is the only place (outlet) that this has happened
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: about a month..I just turned it on and it was like this..we have frequent power outages could that be the problem?
JA: Anything else you want the TV expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Should I go get the relevent model # and such first?

Please try this:

-leave the tv On

-reseat (unplug/plug back in) the audio/video cable(s) on the back of the Tv AND the back of the Morris box
