Hello, Unsure what device it is you're having problems with exactly. Is this a TV? If so, what is the model number off of the back of the set?

Okay thanks. Please unplug the power cord from the back of the Slingbox for 10 seconds, then plug it back in. Turn it on, then see if you can get it to connect. Let me know what happens.

Okay, this is going to require someone to actually check the box as it could be one of a couple different problems. The first thing I would try is to power cycle it and see if it comes back on line.
If it powers up and you still cannot access it, the error code you are receiving indicates either a network issue or possibly power supply failure.
