We have bought a 65" m series with the android tablet and I cannot get Netflix on the tv, I get it on the tablet and I have signed up for Visio cast,I need help
JA: What's the make and model of your tv, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: We just bought it at Costo, this is the m series
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: The menu works,I only want Netflix on this tv
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

Thanks, ***** ***** look now. All you need to do to view Netflix on the TV is the following:

1) Run through the initial setup of the TV - select Wi Fi, select your router, enter the password ***** connect.

2) Press the red "V" apps button on the Vizio remote. Select Netflix. Click on it. Enter your Netflix LOGIN INFO, or select "New User" if you don't have an account.

3) Follow the instructions on your screen and let me know where you get stuck.

The tablet alone is not the issue, you must set up the wifi connection on the tablet, but also on the tv, from the vizio settings menu.

Have you gone through the wifi setup on the tv itself?

Can you please go into the tv settings menu, under network, and it should show the status of the wifi connection, including an IP address, do you see a number there? What is it?
