I can't connect Internet wireless asking for ip address and default gateway
JA: What's the exact make and model of your television? And what have you tried as far as getting this connected goes?
Customer: Sony bravia xbr 55x810c from turning off my Internet put in password
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: Well as far as my cable TV it says connected but when I try going to netflix says not connected
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: 2days
JA: Anything else you want the TV expert to know before I connect you?

Have you tried to run auto/ easy network setup in menu to establish fresh internet connection?

OK, please try auto or easy setup which will do ip address thing itself. and do not select manual setup that will ask ip address info.

Excellent, glad to know TV is working now. If problem reoccurs then reboot the TV by unplug its power cord from wall outlet for 10 minutes, replug back in and turn it On as this works most of the time.
