- Was the TV working fine with same router for internet services/ apps?
OK, does any other internet app such as youtube etc work in TV?
Have you tried to run auto/ easy network setup in menu to establish fresh internet connection?
OK, please try auto or easy setup which will do ip address thing itself. and do not select manual setup that will ask ip address info.
Excellent, glad to know TV is working now. If problem reoccurs then reboot the TV by unplug its power cord from wall outlet for 10 minutes, replug back in and turn it On as this works most of the time.
