JA: What's the exact make and model of your television? And how long has this been happening with the channels?
Customer: we just bought it today. it is a sharp roku 32 inch full hd led 1080p tv

Customer: it says to activate the tv to go on roku.com/link to activate

Customer: I went through the start up with the wireless number and the password ***** it went straight to this
