Hi, I'm Nathan.
Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with this but I'll do my best to help you.

Expert:  Nathan replied 1 month ago.

Can you give me the complete model number of the tv?

Also in the meantime, can you try unplugging power to your cable/satellite box for a few minutes, and let me know if that helps?
Thanks,

Nathan

no it doesn't help and I cannot find the model #

The model number is ***** on a sticker on the back of the tv.

Can you look on the back as well and see where your cable/sat box is plugged in (such as hdmi1, hdmi2, etc), then use the TV remote, pressing the Source/Input button, until you get to that corresponding mode (for example hdmi1) again, to be sure you are on the right input?
