The model number is ***** on a sticker on the back of the tv.
Can you look on the back as well and see where your cable/sat box is plugged in (such as hdmi1, hdmi2, etc), then use the TV remote, pressing the Source/Input button, until you get to that corresponding mode (for example hdmi1) again, to be sure you are on the right input?
