Is this tv connected to internet ?
O.k but it does have access to internet and this connection is active , is that correct ?
Can you still open the tv`s home menu ?
This tv is less than a year old ?
Right now this looks like a failed firmware update but can you tell me how long you`ve had that message now ?
O.k then sometimes the update will take a while but this seem quite long so i will have you do a factory reset and if the tv ccrashes or doesn`t take it then the warranty claim will be your next option .
At this point you have nothing to lose
NOTE: The TV should turn on automatically. If it does not, turn it on.
At this point your tv should be like out of the box and will ask you for the first time setup

This is Sony customer support by the way if you need to start a warranty claim # 1-***-***-**** give them a call and theyy will tell you how to proceed
