Is your network seen by the tv when you go to the wireless network setup ?

Did you get to the point where it will ask your network key /password ?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.

As I've stated, yes I have tried everything numerous times. The wi-fi modem is about 6 feet from the TV, in another room. I moved it into the same room. Same results, no connection.

I know you tried everything but that doesn`t answer my questions

Has it EVER connected and stopped ?

Is your network seen by the tv when you go to the wireless network setup ?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.

yes, as I have stated.

You never said anything about the network key , what is it anyway ?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.

I have tried everything the set-up prompts says to do. what do you mean by network key?

Expert:  Jack replied 1 month ago.

If you are asking that is because you haven't entered your key/password ***** you cannot connect without it , give me a minute

Expert:  Jack replied 1 month ago.

After you select your Wireless Access Point and press OK , it will ask you for the network password *****

If you haven't set it yourself then look on your router for a sticker that mention KEY or PASSWORD ***** enter it when asked .

Expert:  Jack replied 1 month ago.

You will need to use the on screen keyboard for this

Expert:  Jack replied 1 month ago.

Your cable company should be able to provide that password ***** well

Expert:  Jack replied 1 month ago.

Or they should have left you papers that contain that key .

That is where you are blocked now

Expert:  Jack replied 1 month ago.

There may also be a button on the router that is used for auto connect , not a reset but it would snd the password ***** your device but they do not all have it

Expert:  Jack replied 1 month ago.

By the way , if you were to use a wired connection which would be faster and more reliable anyway you would not need that password ***** if your router is at 6 feet from the tv , try a lan (CAT5) aka network cable and just select wired in the menu
