hooked up a new 50" smart UHD tv and we are connected to the wireless but can't open any apps
JA: What's the exact make and model of your television? And what have you tried as far as getting this connected goes?
Customer: Model D50u-D1
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: Yes, the TV menu works. It shows our wireless network and says we are connected but when we try to open an app. nothing happens. We have four other televisions and they are all connected and we can open apps.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Nothing. We just bought the TV and hooked it up.
JA: Anything else you want the TV expert to know before I connect you?
