Not able to access Netlix. Other internet connections ok. Netflix account up to date. Their techs have done the usual and suggested a factory reset.
JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: LB 6300 purchase 2013
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: Regular cable channels working. Other internet connections (Amazon, YouTube, WWW) all work.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: 3 days. Al well with Netflix before that
JA: Anything else you want the TV expert to know before I connect you?

Hello, So did you perform a factory reset of the TV and enter all of the Netflix account into again?

Also what is the full model number off the back of the 6300 series TV?

What exactly do you see on your TV screen when you attempt to access Netflix?
