JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?

Customer: just happened when I changed the channel. several channels have had no sound recently.

Can you please look on the back of the tv and let me know the model number printed on the sticker there?

Can you also tell me what you are watching when this happened (cable/satellite, antenna, dvd, netflix, etc) and if you have lost sound on all of these, or just one of them?
