Customer Question

We have a Sharp LC-32SB22OU TV and are not getting a picture. Also the Audio but under set up will not go off even after hitting buttons to make it go off.
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Sharp is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: No unfortunately, I will have to go look at tv to get you exact model number.
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: Model number is ***** No, have plug in another tv and it works fine.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: We just tried to turn on and set up. nothing happened as we have not seen a picture yet. The menu screen is beautiful and crystal clear. On the screen it says no input signal.
JA: Anything else you want the TV expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: What else do you want me to look at to be able to tell you and I will.
