Hi There, Our Insignia Roku TV was connected to the internet. The internet changed the password ***** the TV still sees the connection and won't let us change to the new password?
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Insignia is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: Brand new Insignia Roku TV
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: from Best buy
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: since last week - when they were working on the high speed connection
JA: Anything else you want the TV expert to know before I connect you?

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with this but I'll do my best to help you.

Can you please start by looking in the insignia settings menu, you should see a "factory reset" option there. Please select that, the tv will take a few minutes, then turn off and back on, at which point you should be able to choose your network again under the wifi settings and then enter the new password.
