Do you mean you bought the modem SB6183? When did you buy it?
The Internet modem SB6183 device does not have Wi-Fi / wireless feature. There must be another internet device in your home. Can you please check carefully all the cable(s) currently connected to the modem SB6183 device?
And/or is there any other internet device in your home?
