Initially, what seems to be wrong with the TV?

Tv will not turn on. Screen blank. Orange light is on. Power outlet changed. Other devices on that power outlet are working. Pushing power button on TV does not change light to green. TV does not respond to remote either

I do have a multi meter and a soldering iron. I am hoping not to have to rebuild this thing.

Okay. Will take awhile, have to remove tv from mount. Do you know what model I have? Does it matter? I don't want to have this thing all over the room to no solution. I'm not confident with this response.
