Toronto, Ontario, Canada owner of 65UHD-4K bought

Customer Question

My name Rudy Heraldo, Toronto, Ontario, Canada owner of 65UHD-4K bought Dec.19.2014, wherein today Oct. 15, 2016 while watching TV, a warning was flashed in "Due to fan cooling problem to cause over-heating, the TV will be turned off shortly - contact". The TV was turned off as mentioned. Now, what do I have to do or when to expect the return of the broadcast??
JA: What's the make and model of your tv, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: Purchased: Dec.19.2014 = 10292557 UN65HU9000F
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: After the TV went off, I have not tried to turn it on. Other TV in the other room worked.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Only tonight while watching the Blue Jay about 4:30 pm till now. After the popped up warning about 6:30 pm, the TV went off. Now I don't know the next step.
JA: Anything else you want the TV expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Yes please, how to go back to the TV. Thanks.
