JA: I'll do all I can to help. How long have you been dealing with this?
Customer: We shut it off on night and next day it didn't have power light and wouldn't start. We tried unplugging it for the minute the manual suggested without any luck.
JA: Have you tried power cycling the appliance -- unplugging it and leaving it off for a few hours?
Customer: Not at this time but will do that to see if it works.l Thanks
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
