Hi , I`m Jack and I will be helping you today
Please note that I am an independent audio/video tech. that depends on your positive rating to get paid by this website and I have no control over the phone (or other) offers , they are sent by the website ,not by me but let me know if you`d rather do this on the phone.
That being said , a few questions coming up ;

What are you trying to connect to this tv right now , a cable box ?

Expert:  Jack replied 1 month ago.

Is this tv connected to a cable box/converter,satellite receiver, digital converter etc ?
Or directly to antenna/cable from the wall outlet ,no box with its own remote ?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
Just to a cable box
Expert:  Jack replied 1 month ago.

O.k then you must have a HDMI cable with this ?

By the way , all those connections are standard on the market so they cannot be smaller or bigger but standard .

Your tv has a cable RF input (standard) and a HDMI input also standard

Expert:  Jack replied 1 month ago.

Does your cable box have a port labeled HDMI at the back ?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
I do not want to switch to a phone call.lI just want to connect my TV
Expert:  Jack replied 1 month ago.

As I said above in my opening post " I have no control over the phone (or other) offers , they are sent by the website ,not by me " they are sent without my knowledge so ignore them if you don't want it

Do you have a HDMI cable and HD box with a HDMI port ???

If so then that is the way to go

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
I'll call CoxOK fine. I have all of these things. They just don't seem to fit the slots. Maybe I'll get back to you or notl Thanks I guess

Your tv has a hdmi port at the rear and note that the connector is slanted on one side , make sure you connect it the correct way , there are no other sizes for HDMI connect it there and use the input button on the remote to set it to hdmi and you`re done , you don't have to call anyone , nothing can be simpler
