Problem is I set the system for Native mode as soon as I did that I got on my screen that that was incompatible with my TV but I cannot get back to the menu what can I do
JA: What's the make and model of your tv, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: It's a sharp I have no idea how old it is but it's old enough not to have HDMI input
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Give it about 10 minutes ago I've reset the Box multiple times again it's one of the small receivers it's like the remote receiver
