the hmdi cable we got will go into the back of the TV but the other of the 'end won't go into the cable box.
JA: What is the exact make and model of your tv? And how long has this been an issue?
Customer: We just got it tonight. It is an LG HDMI 55uh61.
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: No. We are trying to get it set up.

Can you tell me what model cable box you have?
If you flip the cord around (end for end) does the other side still fit into the tv?
Is the other end then going into the box more easily?
