The exact model please? You know Toshiba made heaps of TV products. :)

Expert:  bengmugenr replied 5 months ago.

Anyway, as you can't adjust sound volume using your TV remote, are you able to adjust volume on the TV directly? If I could know the model, I may tell you where to find the volume buttons on the TV.

Expert:  bengmugenr replied 5 months ago.

Moreover, are you able to use the remote to do other operations? Such as turn the TV on or off, or switch TV channels? Can you test this?

Expert:  bengmugenr replied 5 months ago.

Are you still there?
