How do you mean "rolling lines " , like horizontal lines going up down the screen ?
If you open the TV's own menu , does it cover those lines or they are still there over the menu ?

To do so, can you tell me if the rolling lines (presumably side to side lines rolling from the top down) are affecting the menu screens as well, or if they show behind the menu.
It would be helpful as well if you could test another device, either the internal apps (netflix, etc) or a dvd player.
