JA: What's the make and model of your tv, and has turning it on been a problem in the past?
Customer: Samsung BN68-04027A-03
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: no the tv menu does not come on/ have a problem with my internet modeum had to buy another.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: since last night
JA: Anything else you want the TV expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I was shopping when I came home it didn't work

Is there a light or blinking light at the front , clicking sound from inside when you plug in the power cord or try to turn it on ?
