This is the first step to troubleshoot the problem and most of the time it works.
Can you switch Off the AC supply to TV in any way for 10 minutes?
How long the TV power cord left unplugged? 10 minutes?
Do you get any error message on screen when run an application?

7100 would be series of TV and I need complete model number that would be written on back cover of TV or some times on small sticker pasted on side panel of TV.

OK, it seems TV isn't connected to wifi router, can you please run network setup in TV menu to establish fresh network connection with router for internet?
I'm afraid no, TV must be connected to router for internet then smarthub will work to present builtin applications.
Can you try to run network setup as requested in previous reply?
Press Menu button on TV remote to get menu screen, go to Network option and run network setup to connect the TV to router, this procedure would be similar as if you connect your laptop/ computer or phone to internet.
