Tv is 4 weeks old, all of a sudden it won't turn on. the red

tv is 4 weeks old, all of a sudden it won't turn on. the red light just blinks 3 times when I try to turn it on. ive tried unplugging and replugging and making sure all connections are tight
JA: What's the make and model of your tv, and has turning it on been a problem in the past?
Customer: first time its a problem. its an LG 65uh55 65 inch 4k
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: I cant see the menu. it wont power up
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: nothing unusual happened except last night there was updated software from LG sent out and downloaded

Did you prompt the tv to do the update, or was it automatic?
Is the tv on wifi, or wired lan?
