My television is frozen on one screen from last night. No volume or channel changing.
JA: What's the make and model of your tv, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: Sharp 70" flat screen about 5 or 6 years old
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: I can get the menu
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Just turned it on this morning and it was like this
JA: Anything else you want the TV expert to know before I connect you?

If the TVs own menu comes up OK and is navigable then the problem is not the TV ,its likely to be any satellite or cable box you may be using so please do this>>>re-boot both the TV and the box by un-plugging both from wall-power wait 5 mins then re-plug back in again, let me know if there is any change in the situation, if the change is for the good please could you rate me 3 to 5 stars with the rating bar of stars at the top of the page, this will allow me to receive credit from the site thank you
