Can you tell me the exact message the pop up gives please?

thats the message that comes up?
Can you please remove the power to the TV (so unplug it from the power socket).
Then on the actual TV, hold the power button for 60 seconds then release.
Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the TV, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.
Let me know the results please

ok, then you do not have one with this mode (store mode) so it is not the issue
Can you disconnect all cables except the power cable, does the message still show?
ok, power off the TV, power it on, still with all the other cables disconnected
It is the internal mainboard that has faulted, this now confirms it
