My sound bar is not working and I want to turn back on the tv speakers
JA: What's the make and model of your tv? Have you had any issues with the sound before?
Customer: Westinghouse 55" flat screen and yes have had this problem before
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: Only have a dish remote no deprecate tv remite
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: A couple of days now no warning before sound bar went out
JA: Anything else you want the TV expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Can I manually change settings using button on tv?

I`m going to go with a 2 years old 55" model , usually their menu do not vary much

On the side of the tv you have the channel ,volume ,MENU and source then power

Now picture the channel buttons as the arrows up/down on the remote and the volume as the arrows left/right once the menu is open .

So let me lookup the audio menu and type this down

You can even give it a try in the mean time , press menu and navigate through it

When I got to the audio portion where it said audio only which was in the off position tried changing that to on lost my picture
