Does TV screen glow/ show any thing at all when turn On the TV?

- Have you tried to unplug TV and cable box power cords from wall outlet for 10 minutes to reset, replug back in, let cable box reboot that may take several minutes and check?

Sorry to hear that, this kind of problem occurs due to internal failure of main board of TV, mostly EEPROM chip mounted on main board goes bad so either replace EEPROM chip which needs good soldering work on main board with proper tools and expertise OR entire main board which is easy, sort of plug and play type work to resolve the problem. Please check with following board supplier to get required EEPROM chip or main board of TV..
