Had my Vizio TV installed just about a week ago. Working fine until yesterday when I must have somehow taken it offline. I'm not getting anything except information for help from Vizio. I don't know what I could have done, but I'm not getting a picture now. I only use 2 local channels for news and weather - nothing else. Model # D43-DZ

Sorry you are having problems here, I think the first thing we should do is reboot everything ,that means any satellite or cable box and the TV by un-plugging both from wall-power wait 5 mins then re-plug back in again, let me know the results of that re-boot thanks

We move on from that standpoint if necessary
