TV started clicking like clock. turn TV on no picture , no sound , just a blank screen, no cable.

OK, just to clarify, when press power button you get click-click sound from TV, is this correct?
Was there any prior issue in TV such as delayed power On etc?

Nice, please take off back cover of TV after removing screws around the back panel, then unplug connector on main board coming from power supply board. Reconnect TV power cord in wall outlet. Do you hear click sound now?
