My remote has stopped working. I put new batteries in yesterday, so that's not the problem.
JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: Just a minute -- I have to go look.
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: I don't use it as a TV remote. Use DirecTV for that. I use the Sceptre remote to choose a source (e.g., HDMI1, HDMI2, DVD)
