JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: Where to see the model?
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: They accidentally press to other buttons, and the tv input was run. Now I manage to get back the image but no sound
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Just only, I try to do the setting ,get back the channel but no audio.
