- Any idea how old is the TV and how long it have had the problem?
- Have you verified the aerial point by connecting another working TV?

Thanks.

Thanks for the info.

Please reset the TV to restore default settings as it might help to fix the problem. Please press Menu and go to Setup menu option and select Shipping Condition and press OK to restore TV to default settings.

Disconnect TV power cord for 5 minutes, reconnect power cord and turn On the TV and run auto-tuning to see if TV scan available local channels?

If problem persist then I'm afraid it is builtin tuner box internal failure and either replace the tuner inside TV or connect external tuner box/ set-top box with this TV to get local channels. Connecting set-top box to TV would be easy and you wont need to take the TV to TV repair shop for tuner replacement. I hope these info will help.
