Hi I bought a TIVO in 2009 and last week Telstra sent me a new modem. There is a message on the TV saying that the TIVO is not connected and there will be no programme information from tomorrow. Can you advised me how to reconnect my TIVO please

Hi there and welcome

You will need to connect the TIVO to the new wireless network as the new modem has a new network.

To do this, please follow the instructions

Using your Tivo remote, go to Messages & Setup, then Settings, then Phone & Network Setup. Select Edit Phone or Network Settings, then select Wireless Settings, then select continue to next step.

You will see a list of available networks, select your new network

Enter in the password ***** asked

Once done the TIVO is then connected again.
