I did not understand this Just Answer. I thought I was ordering the remote control from ur company. If I had known that I had to pay for this service I would not have applied for it. I thought I was paying for the remote control. I called customer service and was told I was charged 5 dollars and there was trouble with my acc. How was it possible for 5 dollars to go threw and than was told there was a problem. If I have a free trial as I read above please cancel it. ***** *****
