I called yesterday regarding aquestion the answer was not correct. called today to speak to a representative can't get through.
I recently replaced my cable box, which was the same as the one I had, AFTER CONNECTING IT the color is off on the picture. I was told to remove the cables from the tv and reattach and the color would come back it didn't. The model number is ***** a.
The serial number is ***** What do I do to get the color back?
