What are you trying to watch on it right now?

Expert:  Aric replied 3 months ago.

Are you trying to watch cable? If so, can you switch the TV over to the DVD Input- does it work please?

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
OK. I have tv on but am used to a universal changer. I could give it a shot
Expert:  Aric replied 3 months ago.

You've got quite a few variables here, which are making it hard to troubleshoot. There are several things that could cause this. FIRST- is your TV on the correct INPUT?

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
the tv was working one night and the picture just quit the next evening. we had guests over that probably change settings but not the wiring.

Sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with this but I’ll do my best to help you out.

How is your system connected currently? Are the cable and dvd connected directly to the tv, or do they go into the amp, then amp to tv?
