Hi Im sorry to hear that. How old is your Control 4 remote system?
Also I would reset the main box that the remote communicates with. That should fix this. If not? Then there is a fault with the main control box and that may need re programming.
The best thing to do is call Either Best Buy or Sears, they will come out to your home and reset the whole system.
This one can be a troublesome to do as there is a lot to do. But the Techs at Best Buy and Sears are so used to this they can have it back up and running for you in a few minutes ;-)
