I just tried switching to DVD and still no sound!
Expert:  Anthony_Infotech replied 7 months ago.

The DVD player is going directly to the TV?its not going to somewhere like a home theater first?

Customer: replied 7 months ago.
No
Expert:  Anthony_Infotech replied 7 months ago.

OK so directly to the set that is unusual as the other Tv is the same but if that is the case then the TV is bad

Its looking like the mainboard (which houses the sound amp) is bad and will need to be replaced, is this something you would consider doing yourself?I will provide all the support and on going support for you to do that please let me know
