JA: How long has this been going on?

JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: reset , reset the cable box,
JA: What is the exact make and model of your tv? And how long has this been an issue?
Customer: Just happened 2 days ago-- Mitsubishi 151

it was a constant blink-- I unplugged it a while ago but now I can't get it to turn on

OK at this point you do have a problem inside the set likely to be a mainboard or power-board issue if you are in a position to do work yourself with the set I will be happy to give you all the support and on going support you need to fix this yourself (question is open for 30 days) so let me know if you can, otherwise you will need a tech www.tvrepairpros.com will locate a tech in your area.

Its not trying actually its a diagnosis of the problem this can only be resolved by work being carried out, many people have done this you see all the boards are plug in, so if you change your mind let me know
