That is actually a philips product,
does the tv respond to the buttons on the side at all (power, volume)?
Okay so you can try using the channel down button repeatedly to get to the inputs manually,
but, this is not a normal tv and was not designed for home use.
This is a hospitality model tv, meant for use in hotels, and is usually locked out of most functions for that purpose so it will only work with a hotel video distribution system.
If the channel button does not work the only option at that point is to purchase the correct model original system remote; and I can help you to find a replacement if necessary.
