not a tv. JVC DVD recorder. The remote code has changed for some reason and it will not allow me to get into the setup menu's to put the correct code.
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your JVC is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: DR-HD1350 high end bd/DVD recorder
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
