OK - Have you tried to unplug TV and Roku box power cords from wall outlet for 10 minutes to reset, replug back in and check?If not yet, please try it now and reply back with the result.

Please check TV menu for TV Speaker option that should be set as ON.
Please find TV Speaker or External Sound option in TV menu (sound or setup) by using TV Remote and select TV Speaker/ Internal Speaker instead of external or any other thing to enable sound menu and sound output.
Is there any other video source to connect to TV as a sound test?
