I was watching t.v. everything was fine..went to change channels... not sure if I hit the wrong button on the remote..but I have sound but no picture... I tried unplugging t.v an waited 30 min... an its still the same.. no picture...I also held the power button down for a time still no picture...its a vizio 55 inch only 2 years old...im bumfuzzled...jack

This is usually caused by your CC company who did not recognize and decline the charges .

Its not your phone that is the problem here ,its the payment that was declined by the credit card company .

I have no idea why your phone is not working but it has nothing to do with the website
